Ordering from STANDNCARRY.COM

We will e-mail you when we receive your order.  If you do not receive an e-mail, you order may not have been processed properly.  Please e-mail us at sales@standncarry.com to get this situation corrected.

Shipping:   We will process your order during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.  Most orders will be shipped within 72 hours of receipt of your order and will arrive in 5 to 7 business days from the shipping date. 

Within the lower 48 states, shipping is standard ground service.  Shipping charges shown in the standncarry.com shopping cart are based on estimated weight, distance and packaging. 

Returns:  Unused items in original packaging may be returned for credit of the price of the item within 30 days of purchase subject to the following limitations.  Items must not show signs of abuse, misuse, modifications, dents, scratches, or other damages by dirt or foreign matter.  Shipping is not refundable unless it was our error.  Do not return items without authorization.

Please do not accept a package if it has obviously been opened or damaged.  You have 30 days from receipt to report amy shortages or shipping damages.    If an item is damaged when you receive it, please keep all original packaging as the freight company may want to inspect it.  Let us know by e-mail about the problem at: standncarry.com
